This is based off of Scott Mitchell's (aka 4guysfromrolla) Content Rater. Microsoft has been using something similar, but their's only works with JavaScript enabled; mine should work, not totally but without JavaScript and across multiple browsers.

Of course Scott Mitchell's Content Rater does not work perfectly, non of his stuff does unless you buy his book, or more intelligently download his Web Controls book code and search what you are looking for. But this was not in that, and like I said I had to considerable modify this and implement it so it fits in here.

I hope I stay busy enough so I won't even contemplate redoing this site!
